Linda Britten

Melbourne-born designer Linda Britten began her acclaimed career upon graduating from RMIT in 1968. As a young designer Britten worked for many celebrated fashion labels before opening her own store in 1980 in South Yarra, which was heralded as Australia's first contemporary bridal store.

Today, along with the revival of her first daywear label, "Anna Seed", Linda Britten continues to design elegant and sophisticated evening wear and wedding gowns in conjunction with her label LBD (Little Black Dress), a collection of simple, well-cut little black dresses that have interchangeable accessories, prolonging the life of the staple piece. All of which is available at the prestigious Georges on Collins.
